		<description>I might not have seen it, but I&#039;d definitely include a design patterns book on that list. if you are working on a complex system, and you are not at least familiar with common design patterns you are only hurting yourself. The Gang of Four book is of course the essential tome, but there are a ton of great design pattern books with examples in every language under the sun.</description>
